	This letter  is to  inform you  of our  desire to renew  our
lease on  the space we currently  rent at 154 East  Dana Street for a
period of two years from the expiration date of our present  lease on
August 15, 1975. 

	Our understanding is  that you are agreeable to  a renewal of
this lease  at the same terms as our existing lease. Returning a copy
of this letter, properly signed will confirm your agreement. 

	This  is  to confirm  that the lease  between  Vicarm  and  John
Meccarello for the  premises at 154 East Dana  Street shall extend an
additional two years until August 15, 1977.  The terms and conditions
of the lease shall remain the same.\.
